LETTER FROM BRAD

Hello my friends! 

For those of you who don’t know me. My name is Brad Scripps, and I am from Southern California. I developed this Quaroutine to first, and foremost help anyone who is struggling with the quarantine! I have found it very helpful to get into a routine that helps you stay positive and use this “downtime” as way to come out of it better than ever! I want to say thank you for coming to check out my eBook! I put a lot of time into developing this 60+ page eBook to hopefully help you get through this quarantine period with a lot more sanity! It can be tough, especially when we live fast-paced lives and they are immediately brought to a halt. I have found the best way to help combat such a severe sudden change is to find and get yourself a routine to help find a sense of normalcy—because when it comes down to it, we all live in routines, of some sort. My custom daily routine planner, I hope,  can help you establish one much faster, and help you avoid the angst of  just waking up every morning saying “okay, what to do today” and then twiddling your thumbs – quite literally, or spending all day on your phone browsing social media. It’s good to find balance in times like these. Inside you will get all the bells and whistles such as the recipes, workouts, cocktail recipes, suggestions for TV shows, movies, etc, but the real nitty-gritty of this thing is the custom planners that come with it; that being the Custom Quaroutine Daily Planner, your Custom Workout Planner, & Custom Meal Planner! For me the planners and using the meditation app are two of the biggest things. A well balanced diet, and getting your heart rate up at least a few times a week are all big proponents of living well! By getting up each morning, or filling out your custom daily  planner each night before you go to bed can be extremely beneficial to finding that balance we talked about earlier! Use at your own will—but at the very least give it a try..for me? Haha please enjoy and I hope you find as much value as I think you will! These are things that have seemed to work for me, and I hope they can help you as well.
